Premier Jet employees took to the pitch at Premier Jet Stadium on Saturday for a charity football match against Vauxhall Motors FC, raising nearly £2,000 for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
The event brought colleagues, families, friends and supporters together for an enjoyable afternoon of football and fundraising in support of vital dementia research.
A thrilling charity football match
The match delivered plenty of excitement from start to finish. After a closely fought contest, the Premier Jet team secured an impressive 5–4 victory over Vauxhall Motors FC.
It was a fantastic performance from everyone involved, with both teams contributing to a competitive and entertaining game.
Bringing our community together
Away from the pitch, family members, friends and supporters created a brilliant atmosphere throughout the afternoon.
Following the final whistle, everyone came together for a BBQ and social gathering. It was the perfect way to round off a memorable day and celebrate the fundraising efforts of everyone involved.
Supporting Alzheimer’s Research UK
The charity match was organised to raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK, which funds research into the causes, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of dementia.
Donations are still coming in, and we are delighted that the total raised is already approaching £2,000.
